I discovered how my best friend's parents really felt about mine.

So I ghosted her.

I 26 female have been friends with Leslie, 23 female, for over 10 years.

To give some background, we met abroad, what's her name, when I was asked to show her family

around our school since we spoke the same language and they did not know

English at the time. There's obviously an age gap here, but even though we were not in the same grade,

Even after we moved to different countries, they stayed in touch and met up every summer

back home. Leslie and I became truly close in college. We studied on different continents,

so WhatsApp catch-ups became our thing. Over time, we became best friends. We went through breakups, new relationships,

moves, and major life changes together. When my father passed away, she called me every day
