| 1:14.0 | my fitness journey 13 years ago, and I started running. I had reached a point, I was 48. I had reached a point |

| 1:34.5 | I never went to the doctor for this, never got an official diagnosis, but I perceived that I was starting to experience some blood sugar issues. |
