That's really all that matters right now.

We have this day to live, and even then, Jesus could come back at any moment, but we want

our minds to be aligned so we can live according to His will.

Alright, today we are looking once again into our topic of our identity in Christ.

And today, the topic or the point doesn't seem so much about our identity, but about something

we possess.

And it is the fact that we have eternal life, eternal life, never ending life.

This is an amazing thing for us to recognize.

This comes from 1 John, chapter 5, verse number 13.

And we find John the Apostle writing these words.

He says, I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God that you

may know that you have eternal life.

And this is a very interesting statement in many Bible scholars and theologians believe

this is the purpose statement for this entire letter of 1 John.

John is saying, I've written everything that I've written in the previous four and a

half chapters so that you can know that you as a follower of Jesus Christ have eternal
