As someone who shares the ins and out of building a business, all while posting on social media multiple times a week, I always get asked the question about how do I do it? How do I balance both? And I always tell people that creating content is probably the best thing that you can do for your business. It is not an option and it is not something to put to the side. It's not something that like, oh, if I have time for it, I'll do it. It's pretty much mandatory nowadays. I hear these two reasons about why people are not posting content almost every single day. The first one is I don't have time. I am not prioritizing content. I don't have time. I have a million other things that I need to be doing and I just never get around to it. The second excuse that I hear is I don't know what to post. You're stuck. And as someone who has been on the internet for the past 15 years, half of my life, I can tell you that I have felt these throughout the past 15 years. I still feel this way sometimes. So it's not something that like, oh, I'm new to social media. It's something that every single creator and business owner is going to feel.
