Yo, what's good, and it's been a really long time.

I mean, the last episode I dropped, I think it was back in like February, January, and it was talking about this other

podcast that I was doing that I only produced four episodes of before I paused that

because I didn't realize how much overwhelm there would be going into the wedding, getting

through the wedding in May, and I did successfully get through everything and conquer that

final boss.

And I'm going to talk more about that journey.

I'm not going to talk about it today

because it really is a whole damn episode,

but I was feeling really moved this morning

and just wanted to jump on and say, it's been quite the ride. I've learned a lot of

lessons over the past several months and I've created a lot of space for myself

over the past several months.

And I'm getting to a place where the creative itch, the podcasting itch is finally coming

back.

I'm understanding what I want this to be going forward, what I want just my overall

platform to be going forward.

And I'm also still training for track and field.

The 24, 2004 season came to, kind of came to a whelp.

And I'll say that because I was just so emotionally done

that I was ready for the season to be over

before it was over so outdoor
