and today we are talking about changing your mind. As I was reflecting on the year, as one does,

as the new year approaches, it's New Year's Eve, happy New Year's Eve. I realized that this year, there wasn't a lot that changed for me externally. No new job. No new. We didn't move. There wasn't any like really big

life milestones, I guess. But I feel like this has been a year of a ton of internal change. And it has just led me to

think a lot about changing your mind and how difficult it can be to change your mind on something,

but how important I think it is also. And I wanted to ask you what you've changed your mind about

this year. So I had you write in serious things, silly things. We have a really good mix. I'm going to

talk about some things I've changed my mind about and then read your submissions. I wouldn't say

this happened for me necessarily in 2025 alone, but I feel like

the past few years I have changed my mind about changing my mind. And for a while there,

I just felt, I guess, a pressure to stand on business or if I had said an opinion or a thought that I had, it felt like that then

was written in stone. And I actually think this was my friend Maddie of the Bad Broadcast,

who first introduced me to this phrase, but it is strong opinions loosely held. And I don't

know where she got that from. But I really like that

idea because I think it is good to stand for things, to have opinions on things. I don't want to be

wishy-washy and like always going back and forth or, you know, depending on present company,
