Yeah, it's always good to have real life examples and stories and it shows us that we're not alone with what we're going through.

I come from a matriarchal line of constant worries.

My grandmother would worry. She was a lovely, an affectionate. a mother the same and sometimes that thread comes down into us and I know it's come down into me very strongly.
