Biernot from Buffalo. He has been the pastor at St. Gregory the Great Parish for at least

12 years. 12 years, yes. And you also help out with other parishes too, but I've invited you to

join us today because you have been a friend

of the St. Paul Center forever in a day. You've been involved in the applied biblical studies,

conferences that we've been co-hosting with Franciscan University for decades. But more specifically,

you've also participated in our St. Paul Center priest conferences,

especially the one in Ogil Bay, in West Virginia, not far from here, for at least three or four

conferences?

That would be about right, yes.

I think it's four.

Okay.

Now, you have the broad experience of the Applied Biblical Studies, where you are surrounded

mostly by lay people. And then you also have these four priest conferences where you're

surrounded by about 200 brother priests. I want you to focus on what experiences you've had

and what impressions you have

of what we're doing and how that benefits priests?

I think first and foremost it benefits us by bringing us together.

I was commenting that the old days, I can say that now, ordained 33 years.
