2:29.0 | Wiggle your toes and slowly start to scan your body from your toes to ankles, up to your legs and your knees. |

2:45.0 | When you notice something, stop right there and stare at it a little longer. |
2:51.0 | Look at it with love and try to remember the story of how it became a part of you. |
2:57.0 | If there's nothing you remember about it, just look at it with love, thinking it for being a part of you. |
