You have within yourself the equipment necessary to transmute yourself. It comes as standard equipment at birth. It's within you. You're using it the wrong way. You're using it to externalize the world. Where what you really want to do is to dive within yourself and internalize the world, by pulling the whole universe back within yourself where it came from. You reverse the procedure. You pull back everything within yourself. It came out of yourself, it has to go back in yourself. That is salvation.”- Robert Adams

 Today’s Practice: 

Look out and inwardly recite the mantra, “I am not in form.” Know and FEEL the truth of this until you no longer need the words.  Practice being conscious that you are not the body.  Practice being aware of the Silent-Love inside.  Because when you become aware of the Silent-Love, you are already beyond the body.  You recognize that you ARE the Silent Love.  You recognize that you were never trapped in that body.  You were never bound.  You have always, already been free.  You have always, already been Love.  Abide here. Practice feeling this with me, today and always.  Until we see beyond days…beyond the illusion of time.
