Thank you for joining us for this daily guided prayer.

Let's take a few breaths to relax and allow for a deep connection with the divine.

We lay down the pressure that's on our shoulders right now.

Lay down the fears and memories of the past. We lay down the desires and wants for tomorrow.

Let's be present with today. Let's be present in our own skin and slow down and receive from God.

Let's use this time to use your own words right now and talk with God to lay down the pressures

from today.

Picture yourself figurably, you just lay down the weights of life and take a listen to these words from

the scriptures. Psalm 139, 1 through 6 states, Lord, you know everything there is to know about me.

You perceive every moment of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind you are so

intimately aware of me lord you read my heart like an open book and you know all the words i'm about to

speak before i even start a sentence you know every step i will take before my journey even begins. You've gone into my

future to prepare the way and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past.

You have laid your hand on me. This is just too wonderful, too deep, and incomprehensible. Your understanding of me

brings me wonder and strength. God sees you. God is attentive to your soul. God is aware of your

everyday desires. Your heart is God's reading book. God is fully consumed with you. You are

fully known by the God of the universe. You are valuable. God sees you. Let these thoughts deep

in your heart. God sees you. God understands you. God loves you. Let's rest and receive Jesus' love right now.

Take time to listen and receive.

Figurably, you might feel pressure to pick up the weights and responsibility in your life. But don't for a couple of minutes. Your mind will want to go there.

But listen to these words, I am not alone. Father, you are able to figure it out. I am not alone. Father, you are able to figure it out.

I am not alone.
