Today, as we come around this word, hope, I know there's people that are maybe in a season that you're in need of hope. You've come on the right Sunday. Look at you never see. You've come on the right Sunday. Let me give you one verse. I'm going to give you a lot more verse. Let me just give you one verse to set this up. Is that cool? Romans 15 verse 4, I know I've read

this verse before, but sometimes you've got to read it again and again and again to see it.

And this verse jumped out at me early this week and it's been speaking to me. God, let this verse speak to people today.

Romans 15 verse 4, just one verse is all we need. For everything that was written in the past

was written to teach us so that through the endurance taught in the scriptures and the encouragement they provide, we might have hope.

That little phrase at the end,

we might have hope is what jumped out at me.

And I want to take the next few moments, if you're taking notes,

It's not in the Bible, but I believe it.
