On Church Street, tourists clogged the pedestrian thoroughfare, taking in the sights.

The one with a bushy beard is Ben Cohen. The clean shaven one is Jerry Greenfield.

And together, they run localized cream maker Ben and Jerry's.

They're heading to Merchants Bank, the only place that can save them now.

Minutes ago, the brokerage firm they hired to find a buyer for their company.

One, it's lost against them. The jurors awarded the brokerage $100,000 in damages.

But with just $90,000 in its account, Ben and Jerry's is facing ruin.

So Ben and Jerry are out to save their company by withdrawing the cash and getting it out of state

before the sheriff seizes it. Ben glances over his shoulder and sees the sheriff santaoring up the

street. Jerry, the sheriff's gaining on us. Ben run faster. The pair burst into the bank and

raced the counter. The teller smiles. Hi, you Ben. Hi, Jerry. How's the- No time. We need all the

company's money in cash now. Oh, I gotta go check with the manager. The teller rushes into the

back to find the bank manager. Ben and Jerry look at each other and then slowly turn to look

at the entrance doors. They know the sheriff will walk through those doors any second now.

And if he catches up with them before they get the cash, they'll be kissing their ice cream dreams.
