| 1:29.7 | concepts and how you can apply them in everyday life. But Alex, over time, was she had many |

| 1:48.0 | focuses on the reasons that yoga classes and poses are inaccessible to a large portion of the |
| 1:54.3 | population and honestly unsustainable and risky for those who can perform them. So she's put in |
