We have Paul Baratero. He is a naturopathic doctor and the CEO and founder of Synergy Science. And we're going to be talking

specifically about hydrogen water today because you guys, I get so many DMs and so many questions

about what's the perfect water source or the filtration or do we do reverse osmosis or is it burkey or

what is it? And you guys, I'll be honest or is it burkey or what is it and you guys i'll be honest i love

burkey but i'm not singing burke's praises across the world right because it's really fantastic

there's some pros there's some cons to it i love it but this is the funny story before paul

starts introducing himself i was invited to a health conference.

At the synergy science, I was, someone snuck me in at the end of the day.

I didn't even pay for a ticket.

I'm so sorry.

Someone snuck me in.

They're like, you have to be here, watch this presentation,

talk to this person. And I'm the kind of person that does the sniff test and everything, right?

I'm just like, I am very skeptical. I understand science. I would say I'm a very well-educated person.

And so your presentation was the first one I saw. And as you were going into it and into it,

I held on to my husband. I'm like, Tristan, we need three of these machines like yesterday. Like, where do I

sign up? How do I track down the person that sells these? How do I get this in the office when people

are done with their like hawkett sessions and they're detoxing and their sauna sessions.
