0:42.2	case of missing Manassas Park mother, Mumtha Kathleen Butt, they alleged her husband,
0:48.4	Neresh Bhat, murdered her in the home before dragging her out, concealing her body on or around July 30th.
0:57.2	Those documents were made public Friday as the Resh made his first court appearance after his
1:01.9	arrest Thursday facing one charge of concealment of a dead body. A judge ruled he will remain
1:07.7	behind bars to at least this weekend.
1:11.4	During that hearing, he requested court-appointed counsel on the use of a translator saying he's not very fluent in English.
1:20.3	Noresh is 37 years old and his 28-year-old MAMTA are both from Nepal.
1:27.1	The Manassas Park Police Department says BOT was last seen on July 27th.
1:33.6	What did they find in the home? Well, an hour's long search warrant executed at their home on
1:38.9	Heather Court earlier in the week proved critical in bringing the rash into custody.
1:44.6	Prosecutors told the court that investigators at the scene saw what looked like blood spatter
1:50.0	and staining in the master bedroom and bathroom areas of the home.
