This week, Ana (@anamariecox) sat down with Charlotte Clymer (@cmclymer), the Press Secretary for Rapid Response at the Human Rights Campaign. They started their conversation by talking about the Trump Administration’s decision to ban transgender people from serving in the military, which Charlotte, as a transgender woman and a veteran, is uniquely able to analyze. Charlotte then shared the story of her own transition, and talked about what it means to see transgender people actually be represented. 0:42.4	Now those two things are not the most important things about her and her experience is not
0:49.3	actually super typical of a trans person.
0:53.9	And so actually she and I talked a lot about whether or not we were going to talk about

1:00.3	And her instinct was kind of to not and we talk about why she had that instinct and
1:06.3	I won't do too many spoilers, but we talk about that very meta conversation.

1:16.6	I consider myself pretty educated about inclusivity and sensitivity, I think I do the best practices
