Welcome back I'm Rebecca and I'm Gabe and this is our emotional health series

these conversations and today we are just continuing right in from where we left off.

don't want to miss it and then we're continuing with this overview jumping into our first emotion

of the eight, the first feeling which is hurt. That's what we're talking about today, hurt.

And we also continue on with Chip and get him to talk a little more about these feelings so if

recognize them and to process them and so today the idea of hurt now Rebecca this is one of those

that as I've learned from Chip it's it covers all the emotions yes like we we often get hurt

and then it starts to express itself right through anger or through sadness yeah all these other

ways and so that's why today is really important one and it's important these actually build on
