Good morning, my pleasure to be here.

Everything is going as planned. Like you just mentioned, the hurricane dropped down to category one after about maybe two hours on land and now we're dealing with the tropical

storm as it makes its way up through North Georgia. Really we're in the heart of

the storm right now that continues to unleash a really heavy down force across the area and the big story now has turned to the flash floods that have really taken over many parts of the metro area specifically dealing with some swive water rescues at a buck at an apartment complex.

Yeah, can you kind of, when we say flash floods, can you define that for our listeners?

Okay, so Flash Fluts means that you've been dealing with rain

and over a short period of time,

that rain has nowhere to go.

It cannot drain out, it can't go down the side of a sidewalk or anything

like that. So it just starts to build up. And what happens is the water climbs fairly quickly.
