Summary

I ask it to my guests week after week, and for this episode — I'm answering the question myself. The idea came from a lot of time spent reflecting on a recent trip away in Hawaii. TBH, the question provokes a lot of feelings, and makes me realize that I'm just a woman trying to her best self every single day. The goal for this week's #hurdlemoment? To be honest, and to encourage you to be honest, too. After listening, try the exercise I talk about today yourself, and then share with me on Instagram how it makes you feel.

But I digress. This week's hurdle moment again, talking about what we see when we look in the

I typically ask my guests to reflect a little bit. And I ask them, despite what it is,

1:18.0

that they may see aesthetically, who is it that they see looking back at them? And I've

1:23.1

had some really poignant, thoughtful answers in the past.

1:27.5

Answers that I think a lot of the guests probably even surprised themselves with.

1:32.1

And I love that.

1:33.2

And that's because not always do we take the time to really reflect about what's going on inside,

1:39.4

right?

In the hustle and the bustle and things being crazy and God, this time of the year with the holidays

1:45.7

and running around, it can be hard to take that beat, to stop, to reflect. But today, I'm going to
