Summary
There is no such thing as "normal" right now. Some days may feel easy breezy and others feel like you're about to summit Everest. You are NOT alone. Today, I'm chatting up the strategies I've been using to counteract stress and overwhelm, and how to stay positive when β TBH β there's a lot of negativity lingering around at the moment. I also give feedback on my social media cleanse from the weekend, which may have been the best thing I've done so far in 2020.
