| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, Emily Abadi here bringing you another episode of Hurtle Moment from Hurtle. |
| 0:20.9 | This week, as I've mentioned many times so far in the last month or so, my head is in |
| 0:56.2 | the Movers are packing me, which is something I've never done before. I feel like this is like the |
| 1:00.9 | most adult thing ever. But because they are packing me, like my life just feels completely |
| 1:06.8 | unsettled and there's stuff everywhere and it's gonna be okay. It's gonna be okay. It's gonna be |
| 1:11.8 | okay. Anyway, today's episode is not about the move. It's actually about the idea of returning to |
| 1:20.5 | quote, unquote, normal. It is something that we are all navigating right now. Specifically, |
| 1:27.8 | of course, if you are living in the United States as more and more people, we know are getting |
| 1:33.4 | vaccinated and more and more things are opening. I do want to say that, of course, |
| 1:39.6 | India and other areas of the world who may not be in this place right now are in my thoughts |
| 1:46.3 | and my prayers. But when it comes to what we are navigating here, when I am navigating here, |
| 1:52.9 | I understand that it can feel chaotic and it can feel stressful and it can feel overwhelming. |
| 1:59.7 | For me, June feels like 2019 on the horizon. I have a trip to Miami planned and work travel |
| 2:08.7 | planned and seeing friends and my birthday and just things that this time last year were not |
| 2:17.3 | even remotely something that I could even conceptualize. And so, like I said, it's a lot. |
| 2:24.6 | And today's episode, I'm gonna talk to you about my best tips for that return to normal for |
| 2:31.3 | easing back into the swing of things and that word there, ease, is really, really important. My |
| 2:37.6 | goal first and foremost here to let you know that if you do feel something in a way about things |
| 2:42.4 | getting back to the way they are, aside from just excited, it's okay. You're not alone. And the |
| 2:48.0 | good news is that we can talk about it and we can do hard things. We can get through this together. |
| 2:53.4 | I'm gonna keep this intro short and sweet this week, but I do want to plug. If you wanted to come |
| 2:58.4 | to the hurdle session I hosted earlier this week, regardless of when you're listening to this, |
