| 0:00.0 | Welcome back to the Dirt Show. Before we get to the topic of the day, the appointment |
| 0:15.2 | by Merrick Garland of a special counsel in a manner that I believe was illegal. I want |
| 0:22.4 | to talk about before we get to the topic of the day. I want to talk about the most interesting |
| 0:30.6 | artificial intelligence Freudian slip in recent years. Okay. What do I mean by an artificial |
| 0:38.0 | intelligence Freudian slip? The website of the District Attorney of Fulton County published |
| 0:48.5 | the details of the indictment that apparently hasn't even been voted on by the Grand |
| 0:55.7 | Jury. It's a Freudian slip because of course the artificial intelligence knows more than |
| 1:01.2 | we know. They know that the indictment is a foregone conclusion. As long as the prosecutor |
| 1:06.7 | wants to indict, the Grand Jury is going to indict. The Grand Jury is just 23 chairs or |
| 1:11.8 | however many there are in Georgia that are moved around by the prosecutor. The Grand Jury |
| 1:17.1 | chairs don't make decisions. They wouldn't indict a ham sandwich and they do indict |
| 1:22.2 | ham sandwiches as long as they didn't Trump's on them. So the machine, the artificial intelligence |
| 1:27.8 | knew more than the people and told us in advance before the jury actually heard all the |
| 1:35.1 | evidence. There was an indictment and it charged a rico and it charged this and it charged |
| 1:42.6 | fraud and it charged forgery and it charged all the things that we know he's going to be |
| 1:47.9 | charged with whether or not the Grand Jury actually voted on it. The machine knew the artificial |
| 1:54.9 | intelligence knew it foresaw the future but it was a Freudian slip because everybody knows |
| 2:02.6 | anybody knows any of that legal system. If the prosecutor wants you to be indicted, |
| 2:06.6 | you're going to get indicted. So that's what happened. We'll get back to that once the indictment |
| 2:10.9 | becomes formal. I want to spend the rest of the time today on a very strange development. So |
| 2:18.5 | let me start by putting my prejudices on the table. I have always liked Merrick Garland. I thought |
| 2:25.1 | he was a good judge when he was in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. The big recollections of him |
