So this is a fun continuation of what we've been doing for the past almost two years with these teleclasses

seasonally of just giving ideas on how to be more mindful, tranquil, and creative in our everyday

lives. And so this one is a focus with regard to fall. Hope you can join us. Workshops and

retreats. Join me for we've got some workshops and book signings

in Leesburg, Virginia, and Lexington, Kentucky in October. I'll be in Denver in January and Montreal

in March. And a reminder that we've got a weekend of tranquility and creativity at our third annual
