On the mat.

Michelle recommends neck rolls to release any tension that may arise from working with musical instruments.

And so sit up nice and tall with shoulders over the hips and then lower your right ear to your right shoulder.

And then your chin to your chest and your left ear to your left shoulder and chin to chest and right ear to right

shoulder continue rolling the head into a you, just gently moving,

awakening and releasing any tension or tightness you might feel in this area.

This is a great one to do even on the metro during lots of holiday travels at your desk. It's working to relieve that upper shoulder

and neck. Attention. Enjoy. Off the mat. Michelle Payne has been in love with music since her

taller years. As a young girl, she decided she wanted to be a performer after seeing an

episode of fame. Watching all those actors dancing and singing around the fountain look like the

best place to be in the world. As a teenager, she found herself in a high school just like the one

on fame. At 14, Michelle was accepted into the vocal music program at Douglas Anderson School of
