A minicamp, rookie minicamp, that is, gets underway.

This afternoon, Dan Quinn's scheduled to speak at one o'clock, and then it's the rookies taking the field.

But before we get to that, I'll ask you for your memories of Taylor Heineke.

My head had to been elsewhere today.

Even though you and I texted last night about you talking on my podcast to discuss it.

Yeah, but he had, nothing, none of that had been announced yet.

But what are your memories?

Yeah, I mean, look, obviously that very first, the Tampa Bay playoff game, you know, it all kind of starts there.

You know, when I'm at a game, I rarely

am immersed into the broadcast. Maybe I have the game on to look at a replay or something,

but I'm not really focusing on like the actual like broadcast and being part of the community in

that way. And if I think about it, I'm sure there were some times in 2024 where I would have

been like to have been part of that. And I think for sure, Taylor Hennike's coming out party

against the Bucks in that playoff game with the dive for the pylon and all that would have

been an incredible moment because it's, it's rare for a guy to come from almost nowhere to become a cult hero in the matter of

like a few plays and basically that that's what happened and he turned that experience the

gutsy the guttiness all of that he had after the grit turned that into an actual career and uh
