| 0:00.0 | So job titles. |
| 0:08.0 | You know I've had titles that have been people, legal. |
| 0:14.8 | But what about global business development? |
| 0:18.4 | Sounds fancy. |
| 0:20.5 | It does, right? |
| 0:21.8 | And so I've always had this creative bent. |
| 0:25.2 | And one thing that I think is really important is to find things that drive your teams and |
| 0:30.6 | things that they want to get into and giving them opportunities. |
| 0:35.3 | So when I was living in Australia, I was head of people and legal for a media |

| 1:27.2 | reaching out to some of these. And I had done sales before I went to law school. But I said, I'd love to set up some of these opportunities. And he's like, love it. Go for it. Tell me what you need. And so I added, because I was like, well, that would be very strange. If you were, for example, I reached out to a brand new six star hotel they were building |
| 1:44.9 | there, like different companies to create these publications. And I'm like, it would be very |
| 1:49.5 | strange to have someone reach out that's like legal. So I was like, I got to have a good title. |
| 1:54.1 | So I was like, what about global business development? And so I ended up, I still did my job, |
