A worker in Miles' home state of West Virginia at a Little Caesars, he's accused of shooting someone through the business drive-through window while on the clock.

And he was accused of doing so because that is exactly what he did.

One Jacques Farmer, 21 years old, he's been charged with malicious wounding.

So last Thursday, Farmer was speaking with another employee at the Little Caesar's restaurant

when the two of them exited the store.
