All right, today we're talking about 37-year-old Benjamin Feltz,

who was charged with 10 counts, including first-degree, recklessly endangering safety,

lewd in lascivious behavior, and his third offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. So according to the criminal

complaint, just before 5.30 p.m. this past Tuesday, Wisconsin Rapids Police received a report of a

naked man doing push-ups in public and screaming profanities of

people nearby. Then he stole an ambulance, believe it or not, it's a different one, with a patient

inside the patient, a 50-year-old woman, told police, she yelled at the man that she was dying

from a kidney disease, but he never responded. Well, police from multiple departments, they chased the ambulance with speeds exceeding 90 miles an hour.

The complaint says the driver was, quote, driving with utter disregard, swerving and causing other vehicles to stop.

Eventually, police were able to use its tire deflation device to cause the ambulance to go off the road into a muddy cornfield where it became stuck.

Keep in mind, this chase went for 18 miles.

Now the question is, what had felt done to get naked and scream at people and then steal an ambulance?
