We're all over the board, everything from healthy and unhealthy and all in between.

I like this one, though.

Several years ago, I decided I was going to start walking just to get a little healthier.

I started walking four to five miles, three to five days a week.

Good.

That was two and a half years ago.

I started walking five miles every day and being aware of what I was eating for the most part.

I have now lost over 150 pounds and my deal looks huge.

Yeah, I bet it does.

It's still a D word.

Guys, I used to have to have a single cup of coffee in a Jimmy Dean's breakfast sausage, or my day was ruined. Not anymore. Hardly drank coffee, but once or twice a month. I was on Mike's boat for a while. I would drink three to four coffees a day. Yeah. Now I just drink one. I drink one when I get up in the morning. It wasn't a conscious effort.

It's just what happened.

I don't know what happened. I have it. I like coffee. I can drink it all day. I make one 12 ounce cup a day. That's it. Mike's looking to me like, you pathetic. Well, I've got a one cup curag. So I make that before I get in the shower. I don't know, man.

I had a curate for a while and I drank so much more coffee because it's so easy.
