And with our question, what did you do or what did you did to get through your day? I did do that scooter lifestyle in a 50-c-c-thrues through some pretty nasty weather in Seattle just to get to work. I know what you mean. It's just funny to follow up Billy Idol. No, no, no. I'm smoking crack. Hey, man. 50 Cc-C-Cs, bitch. You don't understand how thin those tires were. I understand. Trying to get a cheese grater bridge in a rainstorm.

It's trying to get a cheese grater bridge in a rainstorm. You're like, hey, 50 cc, bitch. You don't understand how thin those tires were.

0:21.8

I understand. Try to get over that cheese grater bridge in a rain store. Human cheese grater. Yeah, the draw bridges were the worst. It's death traving. Yeah, my 50 cc's. Billy, I know. Man, I laid it down in front of a bus. I know. I'm not saying they're not dangerous. I'm just like that's just a weird flex after the Billy Idol, you know?

0:39.2

Just saying, man.

0:39.9

That's why I'm not going to buy a motorcycle.

0:41.2

But he was... I'm not saying they're not dangerous. I'm just like, that's just a weird flex after the Billy Idol, you know?

0:39.1

Just saying, man.

0:56.5

That's one I'm not going to buy a motorcycle. But he was that guy, and he was that guy during a time where that's the guy that you were. You know, you can talk about like the Stones and all that, and I feel like the 60s and 70s were different than the guys that partied in the 80s. you know billy idle hit real big as a solo artist in the 80s, and a lot of those glam rock bands, heavy metal band. I mean, when you read about the stuff they were doing, it's unbelievable. Like, they were always drunk, right? And that wasn't even the manager's problem. Like, look, they, the functional alcoholics, they can do their thing. It was the amount of drugs that they would do. We did a pain in the grass years ago, and I will not say which bands asked for what. But our boss came to us and said, hey, they're like three or four different bands coming in the town. And understand, when they're don't paint on the grass, it's not a one-off thing. They they're on tour but they're not physically going to be in the city because it's out of white river or it's at the gorge whatever i want to say this one was at the gorge and uh certain bands want to know if you can get certain drugs for them i'm like well what do they need and we did score everything that they requested but what's crazy is you realize how this. It's not like the band called us all hush, hush, and used code words, all right? That means they told their manager. Their manager, hey, man, we need X, X, X, and X. And then the manager tells our boss, do you got any local connects? He immediately came to us because that was the right place to go at the time. We're like, sure. And we got these guys, all these drugs. And they were super happy to meet you. But what blew my mind was when we got there and you kind of meeting these bands and this is either a pre or post interview, their manager will come over, introduce themselves. Hey, the guys will be with you in five minutes. Yeah, no problem.

2:38.1

Are you the guys that need to talk to about that? I'm like, yeah, we got blank for blank. But it's just mind-blowing to me because this is not what business trains. Keep on. We made no money. All right. We fronted the money. We got paid back. But the man's got the drugs. Yeah. Because even the manager, this is like their business guy is like, right.

2:39.9

For them to do what they do.

2:43.9

For them to go on stage tonight and do the kind of show that the audience is going to expect,

2:46.5

they need to be high on fill in the blank.

2:51.3

I mean, for 20 years before weight weed was even illegal or illegal.

2:57.3

I can't remember a time where I didn't smoke weed, but I do it in the morning.

3:05.1

Sometimes I'll do it in night if I'm going to watch a movie or something, but I really only smoke like two drags when I'm using the bathroom in the morning.

3:08.4

That's it. It just calms me down and gets me ready for my day.

3:24.7

Like later on in night, I found if I do smoke it, I don't even feel like I get high. I don't know why that is. Really? But in the morning, for some reason, if I just take a couple drags, get the bathroom routine done, I've been doing it for my entire life until we do this thing with Lent, which sucks, by the way.

3:26.8

You don't have to do it.

3:24.7

Well, I know that, but I mean, I made a deal. I made a deal. We're like, yeah, we're doing this thing. I never brought it up. Worst part is I'm trying to kick six at the same time. Right. It's killing me. But yeah, I mean, that was just part of my routine. enough. I didn't have it, I mean, I would drive hours to go back to my hometown to pick it up. I would rationalize, ration it. Right, right, right. Just because it calmed my head down. And I needed that in the morning. And by then, you had to wait. Right, so Ted, if you're the dealer, oh man, show up at my place at one. Well, you're a weed deal.

3:58.8

There's no guarantee you're going to be there at one.

4:14.7

And whoever your roommate or kid, in the case of Phil back there, hey, man, they'll be back in like an hour and a half. And, you know, normally like, all right, I'll come back. Like, I will just wait. And basically, their living room was the waiting room. because you're sitting there, and there's like eight other people sitting there,

4:17.2

and you realize we're all here for the same reason.
