Heading back to training camp and his players.

There's a lot of guys who run a personal mission this summer.

A lot of guys who really bought into what we were talking about.

The goals we set for them, player development wise and things like that.

We're really excited to get out there and see what they look like on the field and get going.

But as always, I have a great personnel staff that is hungry, determined, dedicated and we're going to adapt to new information.

We're always going to try and evolve and shape this roster in the chase of our goal.

And of course, one of those people we're going to get to know is your new head coach.

You know, competitors like Kevin, I don't think there's some seminal moment coming.

He's been ready for this for a long time.

He is incredibly detailed.

I show up in his office and obviously they'll be in there with, you know, Wes or O'Hara or somebody like that.

And they're just talking in detail about plays ready for reaction to this play, counters to this.

They are in full season mode and we're excited.

And finally, the general manager on what he expects from his team this year.

You know, ultimately we set this goal to get in the dance to give ourselves a chance to be one of the last team standing.

And that's what we're trying to be.
