Officials said the pet monkey was riding in a car with its owner when the owner stopped in a mobile Alabama Starbucks.

Somehow the monkey got free, escaped the car through

the open window. The monkey then left from the vehicle, into the window of the business, and punched

the employee in the head. Co-workers rushed the employee side and pulled the monkey off of the man.

The monkey then re-entered the customer's vehicle before the customer drove away. The owner of the animal could face charges.

This remains an active animal services investigation.

Probably had no idea that day that it worked.
