6 o'clock, windy today, high near 37. Some of you have seen rain, especially towards

Dortshore. Thank you so much for being here, John Lyons. So I guess we should share with people

that we were just here as we're pretty much the ones that closed the shop last night.

And now we're the first ones opening the door so have you waken have you awakened yet john so i slept for

five hours maybe k j and then uh came right here so yeah i i'm getting there i'm getting there

so you so at least you fell asleep at midnight so i I made the mistake of once I left here, I hadn't eaten all day. So yesterday, my food consisted of like your eggs and bacon for breakfast. I had a small plate of rice for lunch and then didn't eat again until we got off the air last night. So of course, I made a bad food choice, right? So, of course, what do I do?

I give a drive-thru order.

And then after eat the food, I realized, like, wait a minute, I've got to get up in at least six hours. It's probably at least, I want to say, by the time I got home and through drive-through, it was like 11 o'clock last night. and so then I eat the food and I realize I can't just go right to sleep with this on my stomach.

So I remember at least still seeing to sleep with this on my stomach.

So I remember at least still seeing the clock at 1 o'clock this morning.

So maybe four hours?

Maybe four hours.

I have not done morning drive here in Boston in five, about five years.

So for five years, I had like a normal life, right? And so now it's like,

oh my gosh, what's the routine? I didn't stop at dunks. I've just got the coffee inside

the house and came here. But I'm barely dressed as you see. So I think we're just, we're really

to talk a lot of football, Christmas and wraps and presents Christmas, and wraps and presents for some players and coaches here.
