All right, according to science, the chances of a meteorite hitting your home are, quote,

astronomically low, estimated to be around 1 in 840 million to 1.39 trillion.

However, that doesn't mean that it won't happen.

We go to Western Germany, where one lucky homeowner, he now has a hole in his roof.

After a meteorite, well, basically defied the odds and crashed into his house.

Now, no one was hurt, but there's a hole they're saying about the size of a soccer ball in his roof. But all things considered, that's a pretty simple repair, right?

But I suppose that depends entirely on who you hire to do the roof repair. A man in Arizona

ended up having to demolish his entire family home after a roofing repair job went really, really wrong.

We'll share the story coming up, but it all started with too many shingles and ended up with a home demolition.

Naturally, the homeowner, well, he's real, real pissed off, but it could be worse because it can always be worse.

Case in point in Michigan, state hired contractors.

They were hired to demolish 398 Edison Street, but they showed up and demolished 404 Edison

Street, which obviously is the wrong house. Now, neighbors were actually very happy about it,

but the homeowner, not so much. actually very happy about it, but the homeowner,

not so much. But let's face it, not every weird thing that happens at a home involves destruction.

Earlier this week, a crazy woman. She fired shots at Rihanna's home for reasons we still can't

quite piece together. And an equally crazy woman in, broke into a home and ate the family's

fruity pebbles. Is there no death to how low we will go? But all this adds up to a simple truth,

which is whether you own your home, live in an apartment, rent a place, it doesn't matter.
