Now, any day is a bad day to drive high, but expect Virginia State Troopers to be out in force

weed is not legal, neither medically nor recreationally. So if you have 90 pounds of it in your apartment, don't do anything to get the attention

Well, a man there discovered that the hard way after firing his gun at 1 o'clock in the morning

and having 90 pounds of weed in his apartment.
