program to adopt a New York accent, which is part of the MOU. It was unexpected. I think for all

of us because that was no something that was in any headlines. This is the largest economic

development initiative that has ever been done by the city or the state or the city and the state

together. Believe it or not. The announcement that the governor and the mayor did in November

came with this goodie bag of three billion dollars average salary of over one hundred and fifty

thousand dollars. It was really concerning to many people when we were told that there is

no enough money for us to be able to address the needs of our communities right now. We're looking

at it up to an eight million square foot campus on Long Island City's waterfront. And immediately

we just reached out to the communities in the neighborhood in Long Island City to hear where

they are at and how they felt about this announcement. Either you are creating jobs or you are losing

jobs. Either you are part of the economy of tomorrow or you're part of the economy of yesterday.
