Wow, you really wanted to get that out there. You're feeling good, huh? I had a great summer, and I'm really sad. It's over. And September is back to school vibes. But this is our first week back and I'm

struggling already because I love, I do love a routine. I'm excited to like be back in the groove of

eating well, like sleeping well, all those things. But what I'm learning about myself is that transitions

are hard. Even even out of work into summer is like hard for me. So now we're transitioning back to this and I'm just like dreading it and feeling empty and sad. Oh my God. I literally love back to school. I'm like, oh my God, let's make a list. Check it twice. Running all over the place. Being like, oh, I'm going to get my new space maker, highlighters. And then I look over at you. You're staring out a window tear rolling cheek. Like, I guess there is nothing to life after summer. I'm like, relax, bro. No, okay,

I had an amazing summer, especially this year. We had a friend visiting from Brazil, so I feel like

we were so go, go, go, showing them the city, showing them our province and country,

going camping.

Well, you know, like traveling around, going to different places.

So it was such a whirlwind and it was different than other summers because I was so

tapped out of the news.

I was so tapped out of work because we had so many plans.

Like other summers, I'm sort of tapped out, but then I'm like back in when we're not

away.

So this one just felt like such a detachment that it's like hard to come back into reality.
