So I've talked about coping mechanisms.

I've talked about survival skills that we develop in childhood, which is basically where coping mechanisms come from.

And I'm going to tell you from personal experience,

because I've done a lot of these coping mechanisms. I've also worked with a lot of people

on their coping mechanisms in my healed being program. That's the program where people doing

emotionally abusive or controlling or manipulative behavior, that's where I help them.

Stop doing those behaviors.

Show up as the best version of themselves they can be for themselves and in relationships.
