| 0:59.7 | in your body and what makes that so important for this work? Yeah, so let's take that one at a time. |
| 1:05.7 | The first one is what does it mean to be in your body? So the simplest way to feel that is to put part of your |
| 1:15.2 | attention into your body. It's just as simple as that. So if you talk, sometimes you can talk |
| 1:21.8 | your attention is fully on the other person. Sometimes when you talk, your attention is completely |
| 1:26.6 | on what you want to say. And sometimes when you talk, your attention is completely on what you want to say. |
| 1:29.4 | And sometimes when you talk, you can just put a percentage of your attention into your body. |
