I think about, that's an exercise I use and I left my ex husband who struggles with addiction,

but I still, I learned that tool back when I loved him.

And I am still applied to my life today.

What are my goals for my future and how am I getting there?

And when I think about the future of where I would like to be in five,

six years, or maybe even earlier, I think about still being in the field of addiction,

but more behind the policies or nonprofits of educating children,
