| 1:13.2 | bleep is work design? So think of it like this. If you've ever heard of org design, this for me is about |
| 1:20.3 | the container that we work in. This is the org charts and structures, the policies and culture. |
| 1:26.4 | And to change it, we need necessarily our |
| 1:29.4 | senior most leaders involved and driving the change. But work design, this is the stuff that |
| 1:35.3 | happens inside of the container. It's things like how we communicate, how we prioritize, how we |
| 1:41.4 | collaborate and create and learn. This is the work that we can influence |
| 1:45.8 | from wherever we sit. I run these leader labs where I teach and we practice a methodology for |
| 1:52.5 | finding spots where your teams are getting stuck, and then finding small but meaningful |
| 1:57.5 | and most importantly relevant tweaks to help get them unstock. |
| 2:02.0 | And real shifts, meaningful ones, are taking shape. |
