She's a proud military spouse, mom, former park ranger, and college professor who built a

and confidence. Nikki, take a minute. Fill in some gaps in that intro and give us a little glimpse

in your personal life.

All right. Well, just like you said, I am a mom. A military spouse currently as the time we're

recording this, I'm 36 and a half weeks pregnant. Well, second little boy. So I'm super excited

and thankful about that. It's definitely going to be shaping the goals that I have for 2016 and

kind of the outlook that I have because things are about to get a little crazy around here. My four-year

old's pretty well-established. Like he's going out to college in the fall, basically. So things are

about to change and it's going to be good, though. So yeah, in terms of my business and what I
