Summary

Women were left out of medical, nutrition, and exercise research for 16 years. They studied men, and then they told women we would get the same results by following the general health guidelines. You're going to learn an easy shift to work with your hormones to get the sleep that you need, how to help your body effortlessly lose weight, what actually makes you happier and calmer, and what will help you live longer.  I’m joined by Dr. Stacy Sims who has her PhD in exercise physiology with a focus on nutrition and sex differences.
