She's head of the Luxembourg pairs and they've had a huge success there retraining people for the job market.

We all know that the world of works changing fast, particularly with the advance of digitalisation,

and the change has been even faster since the pandemic.

The jobs that today's school children will be doing in 30 years may not even exist today.

Everyone everywhere is calling for digital

reskilling, but when you ask employers exactly what digital skills they'll need in the future,

well then they become vague, don't they? So first of all, Isabel, as I understand it, you've managed to get pizza

delivery people, they've retrained as IT experts.

Can you tell me how you've done this? Tell me a little for the Pespod listeners. Thank you.

Yes, David, with great pleasure. Yes, indeed, the reskilling topic is an important topic

for us, I think for all the countries, because we know that

jobs are changing. We know that people need to get new skills to still be present on the

labour market. And so we launched different programs programs and one of these programs was about coding.

So we called that fit for coding and there we selected people with various profiles.

So no IT people at the beginning.

And during a three months, a very intensive training course,

they were trained to be junior developers.

And there we had indeed, one of the participants had used to be a pizza delivery boy.

And he did very well in the training and now he has a job as in the development department

of a company here in Luxembourg, yes.

Did he provide pizzas during the training?
