So today I am going into the vault and I am finding some of the best clips from a 24-hour

clubhouse room that we ran this year.

It was an amazing experience to be part of, to host it, to admin it, and to grab friends

and peers from the industry into one room on the leading audio app and help hosts all

over the world. We had a lot of fun. We touched every single corner of the globe and what

I wanted to do is be able to put it together, find the best bits and put it into the daily

Boots podcast. So I hope you enjoy. The section is not more than 10 minutes but it's going

to feature a part of the 24-hour room that resonated the most with me. So thank you for

tuning in and I will be back tomorrow with another podcast episode. Right now though, let's

jump into that clubhouse room. So pretty much the idea of a trip is to become a replacement

but then we will still use, for example, our property management software to run everything.

The thing is really you're aiming for us to take back ownership of our data and just

keep all the information to ourselves if I'm making it kind of like a long story short.

Well, in four or a few years, five or ten years is going to be, you know, there's not a date

where WebTree shuts off and we have WebTree shuts, such dark shuts down and then we have WebTree

in the same way there are still WebOne websites around, right? So as long as there's accounts

owned by companies and the data is siloed so that the abilities are in their hands and

the listings are in their hands, we're going to need to synchronize them through PMS. But in a,

you know, futuristic WebTree only situation and by the time we're going to have probably

Web4 and who knows what is it. But in that situation now because the availability

these are only in your hands and everybody can read them and the listings are only in your hands
