and the president has been speaking at rallies, basically trying to downplay the virus. And even as

cases are ticking up and and ticking up in a lot of swing states like Wisconsin,

president is doing things like going to Wisconsin where he was in the Milwaukee suburbs this weekend

saying that the pandemic is quote, lining down. And so this race is going to be about the pandemic.
