I was in Lebanon just a couple of weeks ago, right on the frontier with Israel, driving through these destroyed abandoned border villages on the Lebanese side.

Israel had been bombing them for months.

In turn, the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah

has been launching rockets and artillery

at villages on the Israeli controlled side.

Understandably, for the past 10 months, we've been mainly focused on Gaza,

where the death toll is nearing 40,000 people.
