On Tuesday, a federal appeals court ruled in a powerfully worded decision that Donald

Trump is not above the law after all.

The court shot down Trump's demand for immunity from prosecution for alleged crimes related to his

effort to overturn the 2020 election, sinking his effort to avoid facing a jury of his peers.

Trump is expected to appeal this to the Supreme Court, which raises a question, what does the
