You win when no one else is watching is something I've been telling both of my kids.

I bet to say six years, seven years, about six years, when it comes to playing sports.

Now both of them, my son plays baseball, my daughter plays softball, they both pitch,

they're both really good, not because they're my kids they excel at it

But one thing I've been telling them forever if you saw my kids if you ever see me in a live event or I'm anywhere in my kids

Just test me on this and say to my kids hey how do you win? They'll say two things, practice and hard work and you

win when no one's watching. And here's the thing. My daughter loves the praise of winning a game.

She loves when she pitches.

She has the ball in her hand when everybody's cheering for her.

But that doesn't happen at the game.

That doesn't happen in public.

The reason she's good is because she practices her guts out when no one's watching.

I want to give you a quick little story. It doesn't matter if you're a parent or not.
